Availability:

Greene Ridge Tree Farm, LLC is not liable for any discrepancies in inventory or damage due to insects or weather.
 
Payment Terms:
Cash sales only upon receipt of plant material without established credit.
Customers with approved credit terms are net 30 days from the invoice date.
Past due accounts will have 1 ½% added per month.
Orders booked 60 days in advance of the delivery will require a 25% deposit.
 
Shipping:
When the order is loaded, all risk pass to the buyer.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are payable upon delivery.
Additional charges may occur if trucks are not unloaded in a timely manner.
Any damage or loss occurring in transit is the responsibility of the buyer.
Any change in delivery date must be made within three days of the delivery.
 
Guarantee:
Greene Ridge Tree Farm, LLC makes no warranty either expressed or implied, only that the plants are true to name.
Greene Ridge Tree Farm, LLC does not guarantee survival of the plant material after it leaves the farm. The limit of liability will not exceed the original invoice value.
